A novice at wi-fi, I was unable to connect to any spots, despite tech support, staring at settings, etc. I installed and ran NB and this alone fixed the global problems of all apps. Also it is useful and does what it says it does.

No problems so far. I haven't really pushed the product yet, just using the basic functionality. I was looking for something to connect my pda to my wireless network at home.
